Advertising Sponsorship
$500 to $2,500
Choose to sponsor a full or half page advertisement in the Aging Aircraft 2009 Conference Final Program highlighting your organization’s latest technology. If your organization has purchased a booth at the conference, you may choose to purchase the advertising sponsorship to direct conference attendees to your exhibit to learn more information about what you can offer. Final artwork is provided by your organization to us and is then formatted into the Final Program that each conference attend will receive. Upon sign up for this, you will be contacted by our Graphics Designer for specific set up details.

Bottled Water Sponsorship
$1,000 Each
Bottled water will be made available to the Aging Aircraft 2009 Conference attendees at the Conference break areas in the Exhibit Hall. Your company name/logo and brief message can be boldly printed on each bottled water label, (i.e., Visit (Your Company Name) in Booth No. 900).
Cyber Café Sponsorship
$2,000 Each
The Cyber Café provides great visibility for your organization as these stations will be placed in the main Conference Registration area, which is a high traffic area. Your company name and logo will be printed on the kiosk header.
Lanyard Sponsorship
$3,500 Exclusive
The Aging Aircraft 2009 Conference will distribute over 1,500 lanyards with the conference logo and your company logo to all attendees. The sponsorship price includes production of the lanyards.
Morning Coffee Break Sponsorship
$5,000
The Conference Organizer will make the arrangements for the Coffee Break, as sponsor, you may wish to provide coffee mugs or napkins with your logo to support your company's advertising. In addition to the recognition that all sponsors will receive, these sponsors will receive signage in the break area of the Exhibit Hall.

Evening Reception Sponsorship
$7,500
Conference Receptions will be held in the Exhibit Hall and are a valuable opportunity to reach over 1,500 participants, including government officials, speakers, attendees and exhibitors. Sponsors may choose to provide their own napkins or any other items with their company logo. Additional signage with sponsoring organizations' logo will be provided at each reception.
2 Sponsorships Per Evening
Final Wrap Reception
$10,000 Exclusive
Be a sponsor of the Thursday "Final Wrap" Reception. Sponsor logo items may be used at this reception with the approval of the Conference Organizing Committee. In addition to the recognition that all sponsors will receive, signage will be displayed on the reception tables and throughout the conference area.
